This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 07.11.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is working as DGM- (HR & Admin) in Bhavani Erectors Pvt. Ltd.,; the petitioner is said to have been appointed as sub contractor to erect transformer at Thermal Power Station, Ennore; while he was executing the said work, the work has to be suspended due to Covid Pandemic and thereafter, when the petitioner started to resume their work, it was found that many of the important components required for erecting the transformer which was kept in the Thermal Power Station were missing; in view of that, the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondent police on 07.11.2020; but, no action has been taken; subsequently, the petitioner sent another representation on 09.11.2021; But, that was also not considered; in fact, the security of the petitioner has traced some evidence about the occurrence 2/5

and handed over to the police; even thereafter, the police has not taken any action.

4. However, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner was missing from the respondent and if the petitioner could send another representation to the respondent, it could be helpful for the respondent to take further action in this regard.

5. In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to send another fresh representation to the respondent and on receipt of the same, the respondent shall consider the same and do the needful in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
