These applications are filed to extend the time limit for furnishing the bank guarantee as per the order dated 27.08.2019, in the respective applications filed in O.P.Nos.917, 918 and 919 of 2018.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that in spite of the best efforts of the applicant, he was unable to furnish the bank guarantee on or before 22.10.2019, as per the earlier order of this Court. He further submitted that if the time limit is extended by a reasonable period, the applicant would be in a position to provide a bank guarantee as security for withdrawal of the amount as per the earlier order of this Court.

4. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that sufficient time had already been granted in this regard.

Upon considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and on perusing the affidavit dated 04.11.2019 in support of the applications, sufficient cause has been made out for extending the time for bank guarantee. Accordingly, the time for furnishing the bank guarantee as per the earlier order of this Court is extended by a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. These applications are disposed of on the above terms. No costs.
