This petition is filed post dismissal of Crl.R.C.No.1036 of 2020, which the accused has preferred in a case U/s.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

The accused was convicted and it came to be confirmed by this Court. The cheque amount of Rs.2,00,000/-, however, has been deposited by the respondent before the trial Court in Crl.R.C.No.1036 of 2020, and now the petitioner / complainant has moved this petition to withdraw the deposited cheque amount.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits on instruction that he has no objection for the petitioner / complainant in the above case withdrawing the said sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only), deposited before the trial Court.

3.This petition stands allowed accordingly.
