The Learned Counsel for the plaintiff submits that, earlier the Advocate Commissioner Mr.Patrick, who visited the premises of the defendant found no infringed products available. It is admitted by the defendant that the product was recalled and stocked at the premises of "British Life Sciences Warehouse, Unit-4, 79/3, First Cross, Hulimavu Main Road, Behind Thirumala Coolers, Bannerghetta Main Road, Bangalore."

Hence, Mr.Patrick, Advocate Commissioner, is directed to visit the above said premises and take inventory of the stocks and submit report before this Court on 14.02.2020.

3. The Advocate Commissioner Fee of Rs.50,000/- is to be paid by the plaintiff.
