This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall report before the Investigating Officer on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.14245 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10773 of 2022 dated 14.09.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitions are senior citizens and they are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the petitioners are senior citizens, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed.

However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
