This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 227 days in re-presenting the criminal revision petition in Crl.RC.SR.No.10347 of 2019.

2. When the matter came up before this Court on 07.11.2019, this Court had condoned the delay on condition to pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to the Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Chennai, within a week.

3. Today (23.04.2025), when the matter is taken up for reporting compliance, it is submitted that the order of this Court dated 07.11.2019 has not been complied with.
