The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner / wife seeking intra-district transfer of DVC No. 8 of 2020 from the Additional Mahila Court, Egmore, Chennai to some other court within the Chennai District.

Since the petitioner has got effective remedy before the Principal District Judge, this Court is not inclined to entertain this transfer petition.
