When this Civil Revision Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the matter has already been settled between the parties amicably and no further orders are required in this petition. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and since the matter has already been settled between the parties, no adjudication of the matter is required in this petition.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
