B.Srinivasan v. Arulmigu Katchaleeswarar Devasthanam

C.M.P.Nos.20131, 20133 & 20137 of 2022 in S.A.No.1518 of 2007 P.T.ASHA, J., The above petitions are filed for the following reliefs:- i. To condone the delay of 1600 days in filing the application to set aside abatement cause due to the death of the sole appellant in S.A.No.1518 of 2007.

ii. To set aside the order of abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant B.Srinivasan in S.A.No.1518/2007. iii. To bring on record 1) K.Saraswathi, Wife of Late.B.Srinivasan aged 46 years 2) S.Shasikiran, S/o.B.Sarinivasan aged 24 years and 3) S.Bhathrinath, S/o.Late B.Srinivasan aged 19 years and all residing at No.44 Katchaleeswarar, Garden Street, Chennai 600001 as appellants 2 to 4 in S.A.No.1518/2007 being the legal heirs of the sole appellant B.Srinivasan.

2. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
