Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, (Railway), Cuddalore District and the conviction and sentence was confirmed in C.A.NO.116/2018 on 28.06.2019 by the I Additional district and sessions judge,Cuddalore [crl.MP.NO.16073/2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. RAMKUMAR Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/A-15, seeking to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the Trial Court made in C.C.No.116/2005, by the Special Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, (Railway), Cuddalore District, dated 25.10.2018 as confirmed the Judgment in Crl.A.No.116/2018, dated 28.06.2019, by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court. Hence, nothing survives in this petition, accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
