Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to grant exemption to surrender before the trial court, against his conviction and sentence imposed in C.C.No.116 of 2005 on 25.10.2018 by the Spl. Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, (Railway), Cuddalore District and the conviction and sentence was confirmed in C.A.NO.116/2018 on 28.06.2019 by the I Additional district and sessions judge,Cuddalore [crl.MP.NO.16073/2019] Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.RADHAKRISHNAN Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.T.

RAMKUMAR Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/A-15, seeking to exempt the petitioner from surrendering before the Trial Court made in C.C.No.116/2005, by the Special Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, (Railway), Cuddalore District, dated 25.10.2018 as confirmed the Judgment in Crl.A.No.116/2018, dated 28.06.2019, by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court. Hence, nothing survives in this petition, accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
