(This case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the suit before the trial Court has been dismissed for default and it has not been restored till date and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this CRP and he would seek liberty to file fresh CRP, in the event of the suit being restored.
2. Recording the above submission that the Suit in O.S.No.14 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram has been dismissed for default, this Civil Revision Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
