This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct comprehensive investigation with the appropriate officials based on the complaint of the petitioner which was pending on the file of the fourth respondent and take necessary steps to refund the amount which was transact from the petitioner's account.

It is seen that by using the name of the Reserve Bank of India, some fake ID were created and thereby some unknown persons contacted the petitioner through telephone, E-mail etc., and defrauded the petitioner's money to the tune of Rs.12,25,105/-. Hence the petitioner gave representation dated 30.10.2014 to the third respondent and the same was forwarded to the fourth respondent herein for investigation. 3.
Considering the above facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to file fresh complaint before the jurisdictional Police and on receipt of the same the jurisdictional Police is directed to consider the same on merits and in accordance with law.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
