The delay of 747 days in filing the appeal is condoned on condition that the petitioner deposits a sum of Rs.1,000/- towards costs in favour of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras. The miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.
