The prayer sought for herein is for a Writ of Mandamus the respondent to register the release deed in Document No.P/161/2020 and issue the original release deed document by considering the petitioner's representation dated 13.04.2022.

2. The petitioner has presented a release deed for registration before the respondents in D.No.P/161/2020 dated 22.10.2020. The said document so far has not been released after registration as it seems to have been kept pending as 'pending document'. Therefore, in order to release the said document, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondent on 13.04.2022 and the same since has not been considered so far the petitioner has moved the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader.

4. Learned Special Government Pleader has submitted that the said representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2022 would be considered and decided by the respondent on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Court.

5. Having considered the said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader and the innocuous nature of the prayer, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition with the following order. 2 / 4

"That there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.04.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."
