Prayer : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent to initiate proper investigation to file the charge sheet and to commence the trial in the Crime No.727 of 2021 forthwith.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct the respondent to initiate proper investigation to file the charge sheet and to commence the trial in the Crime No.727 of 2021 forthwith. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.727 of 2021 on 08.10.2021, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the de-facto complainant. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
