Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader, takes for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage, itself. 2.The petitioner seek for a mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the Appeal No.11413 of 2018, dated 05.09.2018, within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as against the order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.2 of 2018 dated 09.08.2018, the petitioner preferred an appeal in Appeal No.11413 of 2018 on 05.09.2018, but the same has not been disposed of till date. Page Nos.2/5

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents submitted that the appeal will be disposed of as expeditiously as possible.

5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose of Appeal No.11413 of 2018 on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to all the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
