ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the wife of the detenu, who is working as a Lorry Driver. Seeking his production, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation revealed that the detenu was working as a Lorry Driver. He met with an accident pursuant to which he died. A case has also been registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C by the Nazrathpet Police Station in Crime No.164 of 2019. 4.In such view of the matter, the habeas corpus petition stands closed as the complaint given by the petitioner in Crime No.190 of 2019 was also closed by dropping further action. Sd/- Asst.
