After some arguments, Mr.M.A.Lakshmipathi, learned counsel for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned writ petition but made a fervent plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner including the contentions raised in the captioned writ petition for filing more comprehensive writ petition on the same cause of action / causes of action.
