ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the interims orders of this Court dated 11.11.2022 made in W.P.No.29884 of 2022 and WMP.No.29271 of 2022.

2. Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.Ramaswamy Meyyappan, learned Government Advocate (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent has submitted that, notification issued by the Coordinator CENTAC dated 21.11.2022 and 23.11.2022 stood withdrawn by notification issued by the Coordinator, CENTAC dated 02.02.2023 and he has produced the copy of the said notification also. Since this was made as a complaint by the petitioner that by issuance of these notifications, the orders of this Court has been violated and that is now has been rectified of-course belatedly, recording this notification, this contempt petition can be closed, accordingly, it is closed.
