ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register the sale deed dated 23.07.2017 presented by the petitioner.

2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner has purchased the property from one R.Vijayan, who is the 2nd petitioner in W.P.No.15526 of 2017.

Though she approached the first respondent to register the sale deed, the same has not been registered so far. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

3.Considering the fact that the W.P.No.15526 of 2017 has been allowed and the order passed by the first respondent herein as against the above said R.Vijayan and others have been set https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

aside, it is open to the 2nd respondent to consider the matter without insisting for the further order from the District Registrar.

4.With the above observation, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
