This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2.Though notice has been served on the first respondent and his name is printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of him either in person or through counsel.

3.The second respondent remained exparte before the Tribunal and hence, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with. 4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 30 days is condoned and this petition is ordered.
