O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of the property situated at Plot No.1-A, 5th Street, Venus Nagar, Kolathur, Chennai - 600 099, within the time frame.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that she has given an application for the issuance of patta as early as on 30.09.2016, however, the respondent has not passed any order sofar.

3 Ms. A. Madhumathi, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's application dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

30.09.2016 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, taking into consideration the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 30.09.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
