(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble M.Dhandapani J) This matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned", today. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out some errors in the Order dated 01.08.2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1836 of 2024 that in paragraph No.6, the entire compensation amount was mentioned as "Rs.2,00,000/-" should be corrected as "Rs.1,60,000/-" ; in paragraph No.9, the last line was mentioned as "The

petitioner/accused is permitted to withdraw the cheque amount already deposited by him before the trial court by making appropriate application" and the same has to be changed as "the respondent/complainant is permitted to withdraw the balance amount of Rs.40,000/- already deposited by the petitioner/accused before the trial court by making appropriate application."; and in paragraph No.10, in the result portion, the Joint Memo of Compromise dated 01.08.2024 should be made as part and parcel of the order, therefore, after the word ".... compromise and consequently ....", the following words has to be inserted as, ".... compromise and the said Joint Memo of Compromise dated 01.08.2024 shall form part and parcel of the order and consequently ....". 3.Registry is directed to carry out these above said corrections and issue a fresh Order copy to the parties concerned.
