This Criminal Original Petition is filed for police protection in connection with enjoyment of the property. Two parties were at loggerhead on 19.12.2022, there was criminal trespass and destruction of property. Hence a case and counter case been registered by the respondent police in Crime Nos.162 and 163 of 2022. The petitioner herein alleging that party lead by Abimannan, who is frequently disturbing the possession of the property and causing damage. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that case has been registered for the occurrence held on 19.12.2022 and if there is any specific cognizable offence is brought to the notice of the police, appropriate action will be taken.

This Court is of the view that the relief prayed in the petition cannot be passed when there is no specific reason and more so when the police has already taken note of the offence occurred on 19.12.2022.
