(Delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH,J) Instant Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order, dated 26/11/2018, passed by this Court in W.P.No.24860 of 2018.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing, learned counsel appearing for the contemnors submitted that the order is in the process of being completed. What is required to be done at the instance of the petitioner is to give medical certificate. As soon as the medical certificate is received, complete compliance will be made within a period of one week.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that medical certificate would reach the School by Monday, i.e., on 7/12/2020.
4. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is recorded.

5. After receipt of the medical certificate, second respondent is expected to comply with the order, within a period of one week thereafter.
6. With the above direction, instant Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
