JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] Challenging the order dated 29.08.2022 passed in Arbitration Application No.168 of 2022 on the file of this Court, the appellant has preferred the present original side appeal.

The learned counsel for the appellant submitted that subsequent to the filing of this appeal, a learned Single Judge of this Court has appointed an arbitrator in this matter on 11.01.2023 in Arbitration Original Petition No.3 of 2022, which was filed by the respondent herein. 2/4

In view of the above, this original side appeal is disposed of leaving it open to the parties to ventilate their grievances before the arbitrator in accordance with law. No costs.
