This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the fair and decreetal order dated 20.03.2017 made in I.A.No. 254 of 2016 in MCOP No. 168 of 2004 on the file of Addl. Special Judge, Krishnagiri.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner appeared and submitted that before the lower court, the matter was settled. Hence, the relief claimed in this Civil Revision Petition became infructuous. Therefore, he seeks permission of this court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner stating that the matter was settled before the lower court, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
