ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.43 of 2025 on the file of the Keezhkuppam Police Station/1st Respondent herein, as against the Petitioner/A2. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant/2nd respondent herein, an FIR in Crime No.43 of 2025 had been registered, for the offences under Sections 296(b), 324(4), 351(2) of BNS of 2023. After investigation, final report has been filed in E.Filing No. CCLTN2020002405 C202500370 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, on 27.08.2025 and the same is yet to be numbered.
