A suit in O.S.No.2 of 1988 was laid for vacating the tenants and this appears to be nearing its closure. Petitions were taken out for executing the decree by the plaintiff, and finally it culminated in CRP.No.2210 of 2016, that went in the favour of the plaintiff/decree holder. This Court is informed that the tenants/occupants of the property have approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India challenging this order but, have lost it. The Judgment Debtor/revision petitioner has now filed a petition for reviewing the order passed by this Court along with the present petition for condoning the delay in filing the review petition. However, the matter suddenly took a turn towards peace, since the parties decided to resolve the same amicably. 2.A memo of compromise dated 01.11.2023 signed by all the parties and the respective counsel is filed before this Court. Tsg 3.The memo of compromise is accordingly recorded. In view of the same, nothing needs to be considered and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is accordingly closed. The compromise memo is required to be made as part of this order.

4.In view of the same, the Registry is not required to number the Review Application pending in Rev.Appl.Sr.No.136854 of 2023 and the same is also closed.
