This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.77 of 2016 on the file of the respondent to the file of CBCID or any other third agency. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.This petition has been filed for transfer of investigation in Crime No.77 of 2016 is pending for the period of three years, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation as the transferring would affect the investigation. However, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.77 of 2016 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.
