O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation pending before the second respondent to Central Crime Branch, Tiruppur in respect of the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2019.

2. Today when the petition was came up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

3. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police on instruction would submit that in respect of prayer sought for by the petitioner, no case / no investigation / no enquiry is pending on the file of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the second respondent police. Further, the second respondent police was not received any representation dated 03.11.2019 from the petitioner. The said submission is recorded.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, it is not necessary for this Court to pass any orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. No costs.
