O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to transfer the Investigation in Crime No.194 of 2025 on the file of the fourth respondent police to any other competent agency.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the accused was an employee of the petitioner's travel agency and had misappropriated a sum of Rs.30 lakhs and also committed theft. He further submitted that despite FIR has been filed, the police has not taken any steps to conduct proper investigation on the matter. Hence, the present Petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate on instructions submitted that, even at the time of remand, the learned Judicial Magistrate perused the entire documents produced by the de-facto complainant and even in that there was no allegations made against the accused and hence, she has been released on own bond. He also submitted that the documents produced by the petitioner

was also perused by the investigating officer.

5. Considering the nature of allegations and the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to produce all the relevant documents to the investigating officer, who in turn, shall investigate the matter and file the report and shall proceed further as per law, as any offence is found as against the accused.

6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
