This petition has been filed to relax the condition in paragraph No.4 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.15862 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.22037 of 2022 on 19.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and the investigation has been completed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
