2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents would submit that pending __________Page 1 of 3

investigation in Crime No. 1 of 2022, the respondents have requested to issue look out circular. He would further submit that the F.I.R. has already been quashed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.5918 of 2024 vide order dated 11.03.2024 based on the compromise arrived at between the parties. He would further submit that now there is no requirement of look out circular and if it is not withdrawn, the respondents will take steps to withdraw the look out circular. -out circular.
