ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition of petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 9.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks, passed by the Court of CCB-CBCID Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Egmore in Crl.M.P.No.8987 of 2019 on 13.08.2019.

2. Heard Mr.K.Jaganathan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Iyyapparaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner to the extent that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 9.00 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation instead of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

police daily at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. All other observations made in the earlier order dated 13.08.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.8987 of 2019 shall remain intact.

4. This Criminal Original Petition stands ordered accordingly.
