Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 1st respondent passed in Na.Ka.No.35785/F3/2015 dated 18.05.2016 consequential order in O.Mu.No.35785/F3/2015 dated 05.09.2017 and to quash the same and direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to grant approval to appointment of petitioner with effect from 16.08.1990 instead of 14.06.1992 with all monetary and service benefits.

ORDER

On the side of the respondents, it had been stated that the issues raised by the petitioner had been addressed and that the petitioner's service from 16.08.1990 till 14.06.1992 had been regularized and necessary sanction would be granted for payment of salary with continuity of service. This had been communicated in Na.Ka.No.4476//2016 dated 27.02.2023. No further orders are required. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
