ORDER
The writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus, seeking a direction to the 1st respondent, Tamil Nadu Information Commission to provide information by way of an appeal/representation dated 02.03.2024. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the petitioner had sought for various information by giving a representation on 18.11.2023. Information was sought relating to properties in Patta No.126, Door No.6/186, Chellandi Goundan Pudur Village. It had been stated that the respondents have not provided such information. On behalf the 1st respondent, it had been stated that the representation given by the petitioner had been numbered as SA.No.2716 of 2024. A direction is given that in accordance with 2 / 4
the seniority, the said matter may be taken up and disposed off in the manner known to law. It would also indicate providing necessary notice to all concerned. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to dispose S.A.No.2716 of 2024, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
