(TM)A/67 and 68/2023 in (T)OP(TM)/337/2023 (ORA/20/2020/TM/CHN) SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J Mr.Pranshul Dube, learned counsel, enters appearance on behalf of the first respondent. He submits that he has no objection to the applications for substitution and to take on record the power of attorney being allowed.

2. The applicant has placed on record the deed of assignment dated 07.06.2022 between the applicant and the original petitioner. In terms thereof, the trade marks which form the basis for the rectification petition were assigned to the applicant herein. Pursuant thereto, a power of attorney has been issued by the applicant in favour of Mr.Harish Gupta. By taking note of these developments, these applications are allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the applicant is directed to carry out the amendments in the petition on or before 12.12.2023 and serve a copy of the amended petition on the other parties.
