ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 3 to grant permission and police protection to conduct the "Kumbabishegam Festival" of "Rajakaliamman", Sabthamathakkal Temple", Valamburi Selva Vinayagar Temple" and "Sri Balamurugan Temple", Situated at K.A.Motur Village via Keezhalathur, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District.
2. Mr.N.Sampath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3. There is a dispute between the counter party in respect of the Kumbabishegam Festival" of "Rajakaliamman", Sabthamathakkal Temple", Valamburi Selva Vinayagar Temple and Sri Balamurugan Temple, Situated at K.A.Motur Village via Keezhalathur, Gudiyatham Taluk, Vellore District. Therefore, the petitioner filed this application seeking permission to grant police protection to conduct festival on the above temple.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstance of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after issuing necessary notice and after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to counter parties and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
