This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The case of the petitioner is that in the year 2022, the fourth respondent obtained loan from the third respondent Society and the petitioner stood as surety and due to non-repayment of the loan amount by

the fourth respondent, the third respondent Society is insisting the petitioner to pay the loan amount instead of collecting amount from the fourth respondent and therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents 1 to 3 on 12.09.2024 to take action against the fourth respondent, however, the same has not been considered so far. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition with the aforesaid prayer.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would suffice, if the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representations of the petitioner, dated 12.09.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the third respondent have no serious objection for such an order being passed by this Court.

5. Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.09.2024 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
