ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent/contemnor for wilful disobedience of the order dated 23.03.2022 passed in W.P.No.6118 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order dated 23.03.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.6118 of 2012, the entire compensation including the enhanced compensation was deposited in L.A.O.P.No.251 of 2002 and he also produced the necessary proofs before this Court to substantiate the same.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, the Contempt Petition is closed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the said compensation amount deposited in LAOP.No.251 of 2002.
