Reform(s) Department and G.O.(Ms).10 dated on 07.01.1994 of Personnel and Administrative Reforms ( Per-S) Department and pass orders.

ORDER

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for the petitioner has been considered by the respondents and to that effect they have also produced letter issued by the second Respondent in Se.Mu.Na.Ka.No. 7108889/Nir.5/2024. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has now become infructuous. 2.In view of the above fact that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has been considered by the respondent, this Petition has became infructuous. Hence this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
