By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.
2.The petitioner herein for his unruly behaviour in the public transport Bus, was booked for offences under sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) I.P.C. The petitioner has obtained anticipatory bail before this Court, to avoid arrest. 3.The College Management taking note of the petitioner's unruly behaviour and criminal activity had placed him under suspension. Not placing full facts, the present writ petition has been filed.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent submits that disciplinary proceeding contemplated against the petitioner. Hence, he is not permitted to attend the college in order to maintain peace and discipline within the College campus.
5.This Court finds no merit in this petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
