The present Miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 505 days in filing the Criminal Revision petition against the C.M.P.No.838 of 2021 in M.C.No.24 of 2019 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam.

2. Mr.P.Mohanraj, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision case, if the papers are otherwise in order.
