These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 145 days in filing the above criminal revision petitions against the orders dated 07.09.2023 in Crl.MP.Nos.5564 & 5563 of 2023 in EOCC.Nos.182 & 181 of 1991 on the file of the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Economic Offence-I, Egmore, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the aforesaid delay of 145 days is condoned and all the petitions are ordered.
