Prayer in W.P.44001/02: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the respondents culminated in the order dated 22.09.2001 passed by the first respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner releasing the increments withheld. Prayer in W.P.44002/02:Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to grant promotion to the petitioner as Administrative Officer/Branch Manager from 1998 and accord all consequential benefits.

C O M M O N O R D E R This Court directed the Registry to reconstruct these writ petitions by order dated 18.09.2009. Thereafter, this Court on 06.06.2018, directed the learned counsel for the petitioners to furnish copy of the affidavit and typedset of papers for completion of reconstruction of records.

2.There has been no representation for the petitioner during the earlier hearings on 21.06.2018 as well as today, despite the matter being posted under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Mr.D.Muthukumar, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents is present. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
