ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent/Police to file a final report in F.I.R.No.62 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent/Police within the time framed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in Crime No.62 of 2021, no final report has been filed till date. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the first respondent/Police has registered the FIR in Crime No.62 of 2021, in which, investigation is under progress. Hence, he seeks two months time to file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4.Recording the same, the respondents/Police is directed to file the final report before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of 2/4

two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
