This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.407 of 2017 pending on the file of the 1st Respondent Police.
2. This matter was listed for admission on 03.01.2018. At the time of admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner took an adjournment, therefore the matter was adjourned to 10.01.2018 and the case was never listed for admission and the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter for admission and therefore, the matter is pending for the past 3 years. It shows that the petitioner has not interested to proceed the matter further. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to quash the F.I.R., in Crime No.407 of 2017 pending on the file of the 1st Respondent Police.
