Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records from the files of the 2nd respondent in I.D.No.44/2011 and quash the impugned award made therein dated 23.06.2015 insofar as it denies the Petitioner the relief of full back wages. In all W.P's.:

C O M M O N O R D E R Since the issue involved in all these Writ petitions are similar in nature, they are dispose of by way of this common order.

2. The respective petitioners have come up with these Writ petitions seeking quashment of the awards passed by the 2nd respondent all dated 23.06.2015 made in I.D.Nos.41, 44 to 46, 48 & 49 of 2011 respectively, insofar as it denies the respective Petitioners the relief of full back wages.

When the matters were taken up of for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that just like the petitioners/workmen who have challenged the awards of the 2nd respondent all dated 23.06.2015 made in the respective IDs, insofar as awarding only 75% back wages, instead of awarding full back wages, the 1st respondent/management has also filed writ petitions in W.P.Nos.15850 to 15855 of 2017 batch of cases, challenging the very same awards passed by the 2nd respondent, questioning the award of 75% back wages and this Court, vide order dated 28.07.2023, disposed of the said petitions by fixing the back wages to 35%, in order to strike a balance between the management and the workmen. 2/4

4. In view of the above statement made across the Bar by the learned counsel, nothing further survives for consideration and, accordingly, all these Writ petitions stand dismissed.
