This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in Paragraph No.10(b) imposed by this Court while granting bail in Crl.O.P.No.10040 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025. 1/4
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court while granting bail to the petitioner, had imposed certain conditions and one of the conditions is that the petitioner has to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has been duly complying with the said condition till date. However, due to the said condition, the petitioner is unable to secure a regular employment for his livelihood. Hence, the present petition is filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that from the date of release, the petitioner has been complying with the said condition.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the condition imposed by this Court in Paragraph No.10(b) in Crl.O.P.No.10040 of 2025 dated 04.04.2025, is relaxed. The petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
